Refund and Returns Policy

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read below how refunds and returns work for the D-Finery LED Mask.

 

•You may return your LED Mask within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

•For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of masks that have been opened or used unless they are faulty.

 

•Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

•Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mask is faulty.

 

•If your mask arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days with your order details and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

•Our team will provide the return address and instructions.
